“Alternatives in Higher Education”
A distinguished group representing higher education in South and Central Asia will meet with their professional counterparts. There will be 7 IVLP participants from: Afghanistan, India, Maldives, Pakistan & Sri Lanka.
“Combating Trafficking in Persons”
This multi-regional project will bring 13 IVLP participants to South Florida from: Botswana, Estonia, Latvia, Malaysia, Moldova, Palau, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, South Africa, Trinidad & Tobago, Uganda and Vietnam.
“Gold Star Tour”
MCIV is fortunate to receive two distinguished IVLP alumni on this year’s “Gold Star Tour”. Coming to South Florida are former IVLP participants from Greece and Israel. The overall theme of their program is geared to engaging youth through civic engagement and hip-hop.
“Aviation”
A single IVLP participant from Jamaica will meet with his professional counterparts in the aviation industry.
“US Criminal Justice & Counter-terrorism”
This program is for 6 IVLP participants from France.
“Transparency & Accountability in Government”
Representing 10 African countries are 12 IVLP participants from: Burkina Faso, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Germany, Madagascar, Mali, Niger and Senegal.
